Hi,
How can I remove the + calories that gets added from MFP iOS.
I would like to take away that "+" function, and manaully add in where MFP iOS has added 189 cals.
I would like to manually type in the calories burned from my workouts.
Is this possible?
I hope the picture illustrates my problem.
Thanks for the help.

Hi:
You can "un sync" the iOS device that you have previously linked to MFP. If you do not remember linking any device, somebody with your MFP username and password has linked a device
I hope it helps0 -
This is set in your "health" app on your iPhone. Open the Health app (white icon with a heart). Click on "sources" at the bottom of the screen. Select "MyFitnessPal". Then scroll down to the "Allow MyFitnessPal to read data" section and un-check "Workouts". Of course translate to your local language. My Finnish/Sweedish?!? is not upto par ;-)0
