Hi all! So my goal is to lose weight and I usually eat 1200-1600 a day. However I recently started including exercise into my life and for example, today I burned ~600 calories swimming. Should I then eat back this entire 600 calories?

What is calculating your exercise calories? Be wary of the source? Is it a reliable source eg properly function hrm update to date with your current age, weight etc vs a machine at the gym?0

I timed myself swimming, then input the data into MyFitnessPal at a low intensity :-)0

I would eat back 50% and adjust based on how fast I was losing over a month or two. Losing faster than expected? Eat more back.0

Yes, good suggestion, and on the other side, if not losing about 1lb per week you may need to eat less of them.0
