21 Day Fix and Exercise

I'm wondering about keeping up with my gym workout while following the 21 Day Fix. Normally, I hit the gym for 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week followed by 15-30 minutes of lifting. I'd like to continue the same routine while following the 21 Day Fix eating routine. Can anyone tell me if I should make any increases to the number of containers I'm eating? I fall within the 1,500-1,799 calorie range on the fix, but when I log the foods using MFP, I'm routinely under that range. If it matters any, I usually average about 10,000-13,000 steps per day according to my fitbit.

Your Fitbit burn is TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), aka the number of calories at which your weight will stabilize. If you eat at a reasonable deficit from that (250 calories for every 25 lbs. you're overweight), you will lose weight.
