21 Day Fix and Exercise

I'm wondering about keeping up with my gym workout while following the 21 Day Fix. Normally, I hit the gym for 30-45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week followed by 15-30 minutes of lifting. I'd like to continue the same routine while following the 21 Day Fix eating routine. Can anyone tell me if I should make any increases to the number of containers I'm eating? I fall within the 1,500-1,799 calorie range on the fix, but when I log the foods using MFP, I'm routinely under that range. If it matters any, I usually average about 10,000-13,000 steps per day according to my fitbit.
