Work vs. Work Out

I work 12 hour shifts and my job is very demanding. Most people can't do my job because it is so demanding. I work my hours and try t sneak in workouts there because of the hours. I do alot of walking and I try to sneak in some pushups but really not a good idea because the job is really dangerous. I do what I can and when I am home I am trying to keep up with the TO DO list there while being tired all the time. I want to do some core workouts because I hear they are really the best. Any suggestions. Oh, if you were wondering I am a Corrections Officer.

I work 12 hour shifts six days a week at a power plant, but I find an hour after I get off shift to do Insanity six days a week. I wouldn't risk sneaking in a workout here because I don't particularly want injure someone because I was tired. You have time for what you consider important. If you want to get in a workout after work, you will. You can't find the time, you must make it.0
