Need to drop 5 lbs

I'm 38 yrs old, and overall, I'm fine with my weight (132 lbs. after having 3 children), but I could drop 5/10 lbs. Any more than 10 lbs., I think would be unhealthy for my age and height. I'm not trying to look like a teenager nor in my twenties, just trying to drop the muffin top. Open to any suggestions.

We are the same age and have the same goals! I have started wearing a pedometer and making sure to have a minumum of 10,000 steps. I am also eating my recommended calories on MFP, and not eating back my exercise calories. It's really hard to lose weight when you don't have a lot to lose, but hang in there, it will happen!0

It does happen; just starts to be harder once you are older (and I'm quite a bit older). What really helped me was making sure I was eating as close to the 1200 recommended calories as possible. REALLY WATCH the SUGAR--once I started watching the sugar (keeping it right around 45 gm) the 5-6 lbs I wanted to lose came off. Just be patient; I lost the first two or three lbs and then the scale stayed stuck for weeks.0

Yeah I lost a great deal of weight. However, I definitely have to watch the sugar, because that's my weakness, and I have to make sure I don't eat the calories burned from exercise. Thanks for the tips, ladies!0
