How do you find new forums other than the main ones?

I see the main forums but I want to join other groups too??

On my PC the bar on the top of the screen gives me an option to look at message boards (here), groups, Blogs, Find members, Invite friends.

I don't think it is quite as easy to search from a phone or tablet.
