Hello everyone.

I'm not to new to weight loss. I had actually shed 40lbs in order to fit into my wedding dress 3 years ago. I guess you can say once the honeymoon came and went that I did get a bit lazy. But I didn't completely fall off the wagon. We found out October 2013 that we were expecting. Long story short, my 5'2'' frame went from 130 to 176 (weigh in on delivery day). I did lose some weight after he was born but it found it's way back to my hips and tummy. Now I'm just hanging out around 160. My "excuse" I guess you could say is that I already know how hard it is to lose weight and how much work it takes to do so. I would have to get up early in the mornings to do my Taebo, do all the meal planning again to make sure I'm eating right. I do have a food addiction. I constantly think about food, what will I have for the next meal, scared I will miss out on something and if something tastes really well, I will gorge out on it thinking I won't be able to taste it like that again. Not sure how to deal with that addiction, but I do know what I have to do to get back on the wagon. Just dragging my feet at the moment. Here's to hoping for a change in mind, getting back on the wagon and shedding this weight.

    Hello!

Wishing you the best of luck. I'm in the same boat. I'm 5'1" and went from 130 before I got pregnant to 178 right before my son was born back in October 2013. I've struggled this past year to get back on the eating healthy and exercising regime. I've just recently started getting serious about it. I love food too, and that's the main reason I haven't lost the weight yet. It's tough, but I know we can do it!
