Hi all,

I'm not new to MFP but I am new to using it properly, I have lost 3 stone by calorie counting throughout the last year or so on MFP and due to a medical condition I have discovered that exercising is fairly out of the question.

I started Cambridge diet this weekend, having seen some amazing results and I am aiming to lose 7 stone as effectively as I can. Currently on a Step 3/4 blend and I'm allowed down to step 2 but not Sole Source due to my condition and medication.

If anyone else is on Cambridge or wants to join me on this journey, then that's great :smiley:
