I am now down to 206.4 and I have lost 5 inches off my belly, 8 inches off my boobs (but I am telling myself that is from the back boob that I had lol) and because I have been working out I have gained muscle and stamina and I FEEL better about myself. I have hit a slow down in my weight loss and, even though I know I am gaining muscle, it is discouraging. I am not quitting! I am looking for support and ideas and communication with others on the same journey.
