Trying to match this face with the waist LOL trying to lose *140lbs*

Hey what's up visitor!,
I'm here to gain knowledge, exchange ideas, support and LOSE WEIGHT!
My start weight was 298 and curently I'm 281lbs
They say don't pay attention to the scale and just notice how your clothes fit and how you feel, but comn' really? I literally look every morning! LOL
Some things I did in the beginning to kick start weight loss
Currently I'm just eating healthier. Eating 3times a day, with snacking in between, drink more water than I ever have been excersing a hour a day, (maybe it should be more idk) excluding Sunday, my off day. It seems that I'm going down three lbs and up three lbs now. I don't know if it's muscle building, or drinking water, or I'm just plateauing. Doing this app (5-25-15), for the first time it showed me that my sugar intake may be high, interesting!
Anyone one know of good supplements???
Anywho, I just hope that we all can embark this weight loss journey together!

- Received a 3day pass to 24 hour fitness ->Lost 7lbs
- Military 3day diet(possible. 10lb loss) -> lost 5lbs
- 6day detox smoothie (possible 6- 10lb loss) ->lost 3lbs**
(**Not sure why I didn't lose much I did this before and I did loose roughly 10lbs, could be because I already revved up my metabolism or because I did not use the distilled water that they said to use)
