Exercises after C-Section.

Good afternoon all. It's been three weeks since my cesarean, and I am pumped to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Unfortunately, I can't overdo it because I am still healing, but I am able to walk. Does anyone have any exercise ideas that I could do that won't upset my incision?

Have you asked your doctor? He or She might have some ideas.
After my second c-section, I did to much to soon and the scar ended up re-opening which made my recovery time longer. Patience might be your best bet. After my first c-section I was given the all clear at 6 weeks to workout. My second I ended up having to wait 8 weeks to get the okay to exercise and then to be on the safe side I waited another 4 weeks before getting into intense workouts again.0
