Hi All.
Currently don't exercise regularly but have a fitbit and was walking quite a lot. Looking for something I can do in the evenings, to get fit!
Any advice? I am looking at the elevated urban rebounder and it's £139.00 so dont want to waste my money! TIA

Tried it when I was battling plantar fasciitis. As an exercise I wasn't impressed although I imagine it does burn a few calories.0

I think of rebounding more in terms of keeping the lymphatic system moving, plus some core strength, although I did observe that my uphill walking speed improved dramatically, while breathing easier, in the month after we bought ours. We have a JumpSport 370, and like the bungees way better than any of the steel-spring models that we've had before.0
