    Thanks everybody! I didn't realize how hard on myself I would continue to be but I've finally started noticing the changes. :) Not only have I gained my confidence back but I feel great! My knee pain is gone, I don't get short of breath easily anymore and I'm just a happier person in general. It's not as hard as it seems if you just include activities you love and don't make yourself feel like you CAN'T have that one piece of chocolate you really want. You can. It won't ruin your day or your whole process. You just need to set limits and indulge in moderation. I 100% used to think like that and that's why I've never gotten this far.
