Does anyone have any recommendations for YouTube video workouts? I have to be really careful outside in the sun, so I generally do my 30 minute walk and then come back into the house. I'd like to find some good beginner YT video workouts to do in my living room.

I like Jillian Michael's videos. You can find alot of them on YT. Arnita Champion is cool on her rebounder too. Fitness Blender videos are good too. Just do a search. You'll find anything you are looking for.

You could "walk" indoors with Leslie Sansone (or JessicaSmith TV) too. This is a nice alternative for rainy days.

Anyway, JessicaSmith TV has tons of different videos. You should be able to find something you like. You sign up - but it's free!

Hulu.com has lots of yoga and ExerciseTV videos.

Try Tone It Up - I found them on you tube & their website. The 2 ladies are cool & there's all kinds of workouts.

Fitness Blender and Be Fit. Yoga with Adriene is great for yoga, and Blogilates/Pop Pialtes has some decent stuff.

Check out jayme bayles on YouTube. She has great at home workouts. No equipment necessary. I started there and haven't looked back.

I did a search for "beginning exercise" and the first person I see is Chris Powell. I am a HUGE fan of his, so I did it. Different levels, different videos. 15 or so minutes each on the beginner levels. Been doing that for a few days and love it.
