Back in the saddle. 252-204 5/6-7/4

I used MFP on my initial drop from 295-210. Since then I was sticking around 215 with the occasional jump to 230 and back down as I began navigating the dating scene after a 15 year hiatus.
Now as I have settled into a relationship I have found myself at a very uncomfortable 255. Clothes are not fitting and I feel like chit. 204 is about as lean as I have gotten during my initial drop so I am setting my sights on that.
Dropping 50 pounds in 6 weeks sounds a bit ridiculous but I hold a ton of bloat so I am thinking of it more like 232-204 in 5 weeks.

Even 28 pounds in six weeks is ridiculous and unhealthy. You didn't put it on that quickly, so why the rush to drop?0

Actually I did pack in on really quick. I do take a wholly unhealthy approach but it works for me.0
