Hey, I have zumba 2 and zumba core for the wii and play (even though it's a workout and burns soooo many cals it's so much fun it feels like a game) nearly every day. I do a couple of group classes a week too but the beauty of the wii is that you can do it whenever you want and more importantly wear what you want! Only been doing it for 7 weeks but I can def see a difference in my fitness and shape, especially my waist. I can not recommend it highly enough I have become completely addicted. Good luck and massive congratulations for such an amazing weight loss.0

I have Zumba fitness and Zumba Core for Wii - I enjoy both of them but like the music & routines in Core more. In 2011, I did Zumba Fitness daily for 2 months then added in other workout dvd's like Jillian Michaels. I lost several inches, some weight (not as much weight as average due to issues that slow my metabolism) and definitely increased my fitness level. It was a great way for me to start working out and improve my fitness level but needed some variety and more challenging cardio after a few months.
Overall, it's a great way to do cardio & have fun! Add in some strength training days to tone up and you'll have a great routine0 -

I used to do Zumba at the gym and loved it. It was the only exercise that I've ever found to be FUN. Then my knee gave out on me. Too much strain on it, I guess. I stopped Zumba because of the pain and gained the weight back. I really miss it, and once I get some of this weight off I am hoping to start it up again. Lauraloobyloo is right - it is totally addictive.
and congrats on the weight loss - way to go!0 -
