Anyone know if there is a way of tracking how many calories burnt using kettle bells? Eg an app?

A heart rate monitor will be your best bet.0

"Kettlebell" is not an exercise.0

- If you are doing kettlebell exercises where you can do 20 reps or more without resting, then it is simply a cardio exercise (using the aerobic chain for fuel). HRM is your best bet. If you don't have an HRM, log it under circuit training.
- If you are doing kettlebell exercises where you can't do 20 reps in a row, then you are lifting weights (using the anaerobic chain for fuel). In this case the calorie burn is very low. Log it as Strength Training, but be aware that it probably is an over estimate.

More helpful than your misinformation about what heart monitors do. Unless she specifically asked for a way to ineffectually spend $150, that is.0
