I do 1/2 cup already brewed and chilled caramel drizzle coffee, 1/4 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup 1% milk, 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 packet stevia and 2 scoops vanilla soy protein powder and 1 cup ice then BLEND! ...sooo yummy and only about 135 calories :)

Hhmmmmm...Interesting!! I hate when I don't think of things, lol ~ this is what i do:

    8oz cold coffee
    4oz almond milk (low sugar)
    scoop protein powder
    1/2 banana
(plus maybe some pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg)

Soooo ~ your way would be easier and not as sweet as mine!! I will just up the almond milk and buy unsweetened ~ WIN WIN :) Thank you!

Its cones out sweet enough with the vanilla protein powder i use
I used the sweetned version of the milk before (taste more amazing) but im cutting down on sugar!

Is there any way to make this chocolate? Just use chocolate milk/soy milk/almond milk vs the vanilla?

    Very simple takes 1 Minute

. 1 1/2 cups of unsweetend vanilla almond milk (only 45 calories)

. 1 Scoop of a Vanilla Protein Shake

    . 1/2 a tablespoon of peanut butter

    . 1 Teaspoon of coffee

What is the calorie count of this smoothie?

Looks really good, I'll give it a try. I have some instant coffee I bought for baking that I rarely use. This seems like the perfect way to use it.
