I think you have already got a step in the right direction with the working out, its a commitment to eat right and exercise and stick to it and you will meet your goal!

Well done on losing 20lb, what an achievement! Use MFP as much as you can (even on your 'bad' days) as it really helps to put your food intake into perspective, plus you'll get loads of support from everyone here. Also, keep going with the exercise, you're definitely on the right track. A personal trainer is a great idea as you work in a way you never would on your own (I had one for about 4 months and boy did I see the difference!!!) I'll add you as a friend so we can motivate each other

I agree your moving in the right direction. I just joined MFP saturday and have already benefited. Make friends, ask questions everyone is very nice and willing to help. The encouragement is very beneficial and really helps keep you motivated. Good luck, let's do this thang!

that is great that you have already lost 20 lbs. keep up the good work. Trainers are good cause they keep you accountable and if you have a trainer you HAVE to work out.. Keep in mind what you are eating and make sure you keep eating healthy, but also if you have a craving satisfy it before you over indulge. Be careful when you do train listen to your body.. if you feel any discomfort in anything tell your trainer and stop that exercise..

    Hope that helps..
