Hi in march 2014 I hit an all time high of 438 lbs. I was desperate to lose weight, so I started to walk in the pool. I was so heavy I could hardly walk with even my walker. By december i had lost down to 392. In march 2015 I had to have my gall bladder out and that is really when I started to watch what I ate. It is, for me, Avery hard thing to do. It is a fight every day to stay below the 50 g of fat they put me on. I was told I could go back to eating how I used to after30 days, but I want to make the change in my diet perminate. My goal weight is 250 lbs, so I have a LONG way to go. Feel free to friend me and we can help each other on our journey to lose weight
