25 years old 5ft and my weight ranges between 106lbs-108lbs and my calorie intake has been ranging any where between. 1,400-2,000 calories per day with my weekly average calorie intake being around 1,700 so I been trying to stick to eating around 1,600 - 1,700 per day. I am not that active I only go on a few walks per week and do a few workouts on YouTube and I work as a personal care aide in assisted living home so I do stay a little active at work.

i'm 5ft and 21 yrs old, currently 103-104 pounds. i maintain around 1300-1500 depending on my activity/exercise level. with no exercise i usually stay around 1400-1460ish. it just varies, too many factors come in to play.

I'm 5'1" and 35 years old. I hit my "goal weight" of 115 just this morning, though as I seek to find maintenance I'm hoping to stay somewhere in the 110-115 range.

With spreadsheets and whatnot, I estimate that my TDEE averages somewhere in the ~1800 range at the moment. I've been eating at 1450 to lose weight. I plan to start upping my calories gradually until I find the right number, which I suspect will end up being around 1600-1700 to allow for lapses in food and exercise. (During weight loss, a lapse just means a smaller deficit that week. During maintenance, a lapse could mean a gain, which I'd like to avoid.)

Also, you can work out a rough estimate of this number for yourself. Just take the amount of weight you've lost and the average number of calories you've eaten over the past, say, 60 or 90 days, and work out your own average TDEE:

TDEE = [Avg Daily Calories] + [(Avg Weekly Weight Loss*3500)/7]

So, for instance, let's say you've been averaging 1500 calories per day and you've lost an average of 1lb/week. Your TDEE would be roughly in the 1500+500= 2000 range.

Lol I'm 5'3, 36, and 159. I want to be at my basic training weight of 128-132 (my body is the buff type, I never look my weight). I'm eating around 1200 calories a day, rarely work out, and have lost 7 pounds in about 10 days.
