Hi all,

Can someone please help me, I'm brand new to this site as of today, and I just wanted to know when I go to add a food say for lunch that I have also eaten for breakfast like bread, is there any way I can just check on the item from breakfast and it will add it to my lunch??? I have to keep searching for the items and I'm sure there is an easier way than this.

    you can save items to a "meal" and then add the meal to lunch & breakfast that way.. So your meal will always be saved - good idea if you always eat the same brand of bread for example :) other than that - it will eventually show up on your recents if you eat it often enough each day.. x
