I have one more month of inactivity, for a total of 6 months. I am eager to start exercising as my body and Dr.'s allow. Difficult to eat healthy but want to improve. Live in a farm town (a village)and people show their love with food. I am going to try and eat as healthy as possible until the Lord allows me some movement, which I will really cherish. I love all forms of exercise, was an athlete and can't wait to start working on the beautiful banks of the river I am surrounded by. I have been blessed by tremendous community support, but I am so anxious to get my hands in the dirt.

Congratulations on surviving and on making it 5 months.
I can't find it now, but there's a really good discussion, somewhere on these boards, about small changes that can help lose weight.
With the food brought to show love, you might try dividing it into individual portions and then freezing most of them (use freezer tape to label food and date).0 -
Here's the discussion about small but helpful changes.
