New to the site... looking to make new friendships/connections with fitness/healthy positive minded people to help me stay on the path of permanent change rather then A quick fix.

I live with auto immune diseases one of which being Crohns that have (with the help of a *kitten* attitude) sent my health down the toilet in the last 8 years.. Now Medication free for 3 years (that was a freaking rough time, but so worth it!). A month ago I finally found something to help combat my chronic fatigue and exhaustion from not being able to absorb the nutrients I need from food... So now that I am able to get moving, I haven't stopped, and looking for ways to improve my diet, Work out, & mentality safely with Crohns in mind.

Please feel free to message or add me! I don't have any fitness minded people around me or in my social circles so I would really appreciate the added ammunition to make a permanent change for the better!
