Does Sassy-Water help weight loss? Is it effective?

I've taken this whole weight loss thing very seriously and have been hitting the gym regularly, this time for serious. I've lost 1.4 kilos in two weeks, undertaking moderate workouts, cardio and strength training.
While I have no intention at all to take any weight loss supplements, I've read about Sassy Water, and that it being beneficial in trimming off weight, specifically around the tummy.
Is it any good? Even so, how should I include this in my diet?
My goal is to reduce 10 kilos over the next few months.

Much Thanks,
With Regards.

Water with 'almost' no calories? I think I'll stick to the free, zero calorie version.

I heard of sassy water when I was in Curves. It wasn't for weight loss; it was supposed to help with bloating/gassiness.

Wont help lose weight, but it does make water more palatable for those who don't like drinking plain water. It's just flavor infused water, nothing magical.

If you like flavored water, make it. It isn't going to do anything miraculous for belly fat though. It's just water with added fruit.

Seems a whole lotta effort for a glass of water I could get from the tap in 3 seconds.

This sounds delisious, but also really expensive and way too much work... like... I throw temper tantrums just filling my water from the tap when I get home at 9 and I just want toshower and go to bed. that being said, if someone wants to make this for me, every day, especially in those cute *kitten* jars, I would be more than willing to try it out!!

    No, just a bit flirtatious.

How does it know to target your tummy? Sounds awesome. Are there arms, thigh and chest versions?

I refuse to drink it on principle, because "sassy water" is a perfectly ridiculous name.

Oh, it's her again. She was the dietician whose tips were behind the article physiprof was defending.

On a serious note though, do you drink water now? If so, add a few flavorings here and there if you wish. Point is: drink water. It's healthy for you.

It's water with some lemon and cucumber and mint...that's it...probably tastes pretty good, but no magical properties I'm afraid.

It talks back to it's mother? Flaunts societal convention? Is a TRULY AWESOME magazine from the early 1990s?
