I think for breakfast is better 250-300 cal.
Really, why you need so low ??
I like black coffee and some protein at morning :) 2 eggs + tomatoes, sezam seeds, mushrooms etc.
Or a lot of fruits sometimes... Just fresh fruits. Then I'm full with energy too.

    This morning I had:
Spray of canola oil (or not) 18 cals
large tomato 100g sliced up 18 cals
potato small 80 g sliced up microwaved 56 cas
    1 large egg 70 cals
    Fry in non-stick pan = 162 cals.
Or have baby spinach as well, that will "cost" you 10 calories

    Lots of black pepper

Have this & variations nearly every day - sometimes two eggs, fills me up, yum

This has a bigger amount of potato and I used some butter so about 235 cals

My mate marmite! Either love it or hate it! I hate it.

Low calorie breakfast I like is 1 boiled egg and 1 toast or for on the go banana and apple. Muller lights are quite filling too!

We have Marmite in the UK! We always have had it! I am well confused by people not being able to find here! Mind you I hate the stuff and it is always when you hate something that you see it everywhere! Lol!

Ive always wondered why people have difficulty finding it. Its very 'british', and can be seen eeevvveeerryyywwwhhheeerrrreeee.

i'm confused with the marmite angle, i'm from the UK living in Australia and we can buy it here but it's ridiculously expensive, defo from the UK, hence us paying through the nose here for it!

poached egg on a slice of high fibre white toast 154 calories, delicious!

There is a whole different between the nz marmite and the uk one though...I love UK marmite,I class the nz one as more hideous than vegemite!!!!
