back after 3 yrs

I gained 6 pounds in the 3 years I was off here because I gave up now I have even more to lose I woke up last week and said it has to be done so I'm back and in the first week I took off 5! pounds on my way only a beginning of a long journey.

    You actually controlled your weight pretty well you only gained 6 o.o .. looks like your trying to stop weight gain before them 6 turn into 12lbs then 18 and so on .. now that your back looks like your gonna take back control of ur weight Health/life GL :)
