True or False: crunches and sit-ups bulk up your mid section near the belly button and does not flatten you belly

Abs are made in the kitchen, crunches are a waste of time compared to overall fitness/core exercises and diet diet diet.0

If you have big muscles under a big layer of fat I suppose it might look bigger than a small amount of muscle under a big layer of fat in theory.
But letting your abs show is all about a low body fat percentage. Even small abs will look great if you can see them under the skin and the only way you'll do that is with a low BFP0
