I am in SE WI, land of cheese, beer and fried food. I sit at a desk during the day and do aerial yoga two to three times a week. I usually do about 2 to 3 miles a day, walking.
I recently have started jogging a mile in the morning as part of those 2-3 miles.

I want to lose about 30lbs. maybe 40. by next year this time. I have a wedding to look awesome at.

food I think is my issue so I thought tracking all of this would be good and help me decide what to eat and encourage exercise even thru my myalgia
