Hi guys,
Have attempted calorie counting a few times and always given up again, but this time I have gained a bit of willpower! So wish me luck.
Not aiming for huge weight gain - I'm a healthy weight now but would like to lose a few more pounds to get down to the weight at which I always felt most healthy. But I'm trying to put a bit of a sustainable lifestyle in place at the same time, this time.
So, lets see how it goes...
