Today marks one year since I began using MFP!
When I started, I weighed 174 pounds, and now I'm 125 (I'm 5'6). I feel so much happier and healthier. I found a love for running and I'm training for my first half marathon this summer.
174 lbs-155 lbs- 130 lbs
130 lbs- 128 lbs- 125 lbs
166 lbs- 142 lbs- 125 lbs
50 pounds made a big difference in my face
I've been maintaining and focusing on fitness for the last couple months. Feel free to ask me anything!

Gorgeous, thanks for sharing! I'm 5ft 6.5 and started at 176lbs, I went down to 139lbs 2 years ago but am now back up to 156lbs so I'm back on MFP looking for inspiration to get my *kitten* in gear and you have totally inspired me! Same height, same starting weight, same goal weight. You look amazing, I hope I look like you one day, well done and honestly thank you for your post0

And I didn't put much focus on my macros. I try to get a lot of protein, but I do eat a good amount of carbs (usually at least 50%). I didn't stress over macros at all.0
