anyone have any healthy salad dressing recipes for a yougurt based creamy dressing? All the store bought have sugar or chemicals in them

I like to drizzle Rachel Ray's balsamic glaze (20 cals a tbs) as a dressing. It has a lot less cals that balsamic vinaigrette and lots of taste. It's great to take tomatoes and fresh mozzerella (70 cals per ounce) also some fresh basil, all chopped up and tossed w baby spinach. Very low cal and you can eat as much as you want!
