Ive lost 110lbs so far with 100 more to go. Who here has also lost 100+? What keeps you motivated after so much lost already? Any struggles or setbacks?

I've lost about 80 total over the last few years, still have 99 to go! I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction in '13 so I could feel better about my body even if I didn't lose another lb. That recovery was tough and took months longer than expected, then I tried a few fad diets that worked but couldn't keep up with, then I had to deal with some serious birth control issues that were hurting my health. Then moved 1800 miles away from all family and friends. Now I have a total fresh start, and without friends always wanting to go to lunch, or all the family parties, and without husbands super stressful job that left me alone and bored a lot of the time, I'm now putting myself first and I'm GOING to lose this last weight. This is the first time I'm doing it in a normal healthy way. Not trying to eat as much food as I can while counting points, or making inflated choices just so the points are low; but really eating smaller portions, and adding in healthy stuff where I can. Also, learning it's ok to be hungry and not feel full all the time. The next meal will come, I can wait!

I struggle with waiting too! I always want to eat as soon as I get off of work before the gym even when I know a delicious, healthy dinner is right around the corner. I always seem to have the next meal on the brain! I def need to learn to eat to live and not live to eat!
