1 Week Left - What Can I Do To Look Thinner?

Get a tan, good posture and wear your confidence. nothing goes better with a bikini than confidence. dont put your hands over your belly when walking and standing, strut it and live it!0

Spray tan! I'm sure there must also be a body equivalent of the facial contouring using fake tan and highlighting powder or body sheen stuff. Posture. Poses for sure. It's tricks of the eye and perspective.
One friend always thinks she makes her arms look smaller by squeezing them against her side. Erm, no, that just makes them look bigger, you're better off hands on hips, poke your shoulders forward, and with hands on hips - place hands a few inches in. Is it a heels thing?0 -
Increase the amount of beta carotene vegetables you eat.0

Way too much trouble just to wear something that makes you look nekkid!0

RE posture: place hands at your sides. Make fists. stick out your thumbs. now rotate your arms so your thumbs are pointing to the sides.. this opens your ribcage and broadens shoulders (slightly), giving you a better posture. It's just a little trick to "get there"... don't go walking around with your thumbs like Fonzie though.0

Also, it's be proven (by someone, somewhere, where I read it once) that standing like Wonder Woman (feet set at shoulder width, hands on hips, chest out) for more than just a moment increases feelings of confidence. It's a "power pose" and gets your brain on board with the feelings that the posture suggests. Do it up! Have fun! And be sure to smile!! Everyone looks like a million bucks when they have a genuine smile going...0

I'm almost 40 and I always wear a bikini. Has nothing to do with age. Just sayin.
Then again... I am 6' tall... so one pieces were always guaranteed wedgies.0 -
Drink a lot of water and cut sodium and carbs as low as possible. It will come back if you increase sodium and carbs later, but you can lose several pounds in water weight doing that.0

And instead of sucking your gut in... flex your abdominal muscles. Feel the muscles compressing your core as opposed to sucking in your gut. It's great core strengthening, and looks a lot more natural than the massive expanded rib cage that is obvious when sucking in.

Besides the tan and sucking in your gut (both good suggestions IMO), low carb is your best bet if you haven't already been eating low carb. You will likely lose the most water weight that way.0

Yeah, but with one week to go..? she could be right in the throes of low carb flu on her holiday... not good!0 -
Those silly wrap things...this is what they are for. The wife used me as a practice dummy, I lost like 1.75" off my tummy, and it took 3 days before it came back.
They are great for weddings, vacations, school reunions, those special photo shoots, or anniversaries...but that is about it.0 -
Posture. Google "anterior pelvic tilt." You've probably got one without realizing. Try to correct for it (there are exercises to help you figure out what muscles to use) -- you'll lose belly.0

I could easily eat low carb for a week without any symptoms.0 -
