    Please read your multiple other threads for the answer to your question(s).

    Continuing to ask the same question in a different manner is not going to change people's minds about your 'plan'.

    Maybe if you stopped looking for a quick way to lose weight and took the advice of all of the people in the other threads you have started, you would reach your goal.

    Yes, you would lose weight faster... however;
    You're already eating 1200 calories.

    Burning calories and not eating them back would lead to an unhealthy fat loss; potentially muscle loss too. Then you're going to look pretty bad, this would be detrimental to your health.

    This is seriously not advised OP.

    You really have to get out the mindset of 'quick weight loss'. Weight loss is anything but quick. Sure you can go for a 'quick fix' and look nice for a couple of weeks, but then you're going to pile it all on and look less appealing to yourself than before.

    In order to make sure you are loosing fat and not muscle this way you need to make sure that a lot of your calories come from lean protein and that you are weight training.... forgot to add this to last reply

    Technically, yes, since your deficit will be bigger. That doesn't mean it's healthy nor recommended though.
    Do you want to be skinny and sick (and sick looking), or do you want to be thin and healthy?

    Just to add to this, lift heavy while in a caloric deficit and up your protein to preserve your muscle mass.

    I'm not quite sure what a lean protein is @lovellm122 , I was always under the impression that you couldn't get 'fatty protein' and 'lean protein'?

    All this insistence on losing weight fast and the excessive calorie burns indicates a foolish and naive approach to weight loss. Clearly exercise adds to your calorie deficit, but people have already warned you about the downsides to your approach. You didnt put it on overnight, so no idea why you shoudl expect to lose it in the same way. If you are going to use exercise to increase your deficit, then start with 50% and be aware of running large deficits. the 1000 calories a day burns you were suggesting will be very hard to sustain.

    Exercise can be used to increase the size of a calorie deficit, but you shouldn't be looking to lose more than about 1% of your weight per week.

    Lean protein is fish, skinless chicken and tuna etc. Cooked in a healthy way. I would consider un-lean to be fat covered pork, lamb with more fat than meat (which seems to be most) etc

    I'm not sure why you're so hell bent on trying to cut your calories as low as possible and have net calories less than a thousand. It's unnecessary and there's no logical reason for you to try to lose weight this quickly.

    You will continue to get the same answer. It's unhealthy to cut as low as you're trying to cut. Do not net below 1200 if that means you need to eat your exercise calories back, then do so.
