Hi. I'm a 43 yo Christian, married mom of 4. I am at my heaviest of 247. I want to lose down to at least 165, but I'm making small goals of losing 20 lbs at a time. I have completely changed my diet, but exercise is eluding me.. procrastination tends to get me! I am pretty well disciplined in my diet plan, but would love to get motivated on an exercise regimen. Any suggestions?
