Looking for Motivation!! :)

Hey everyone! Just to get to the point, I'm 5'4 and I weigh 145lbs. My BMI is a 25, so that means I am just on the line of being overweight. But I still am overweight. My goal is to lose 15 lbs, but I would like to follow others journeys and for my journey to be followed!
I struggle with binge eating. I know it sounds like something everyone who gains weight says, but I just discovered this in myself. I eat normally through the day like breakfast and and lunch, then when im alone i indulge in snacks on snacks on snacks!! Even after dinner ill still eat more. Ive never counted the calories for a binge day but I wouldnt be surprised if it were 5000 calories OR MORE. It has taken a toll on my happiness as well as my health.
Im a swimmer, so im hoping once the season kicks up again ill be back to losing weight and toning up. Its just that i eat so much all the time!
Im just looking for some binge support and some motivation to change my lifestyle. Being a type 1 diabetic, this lifestyle is very dangerous and I just want to be healthy instead of being embarrassed that ive gained weight since my last doctors visit!! Ill add just about everyone. Thank you for your time! :)
