calorie counting - stuck!!

stupid question,
ive never really calorie counted, but because i am doing the 52 diet i have to count 500 calories on 2 days of the week.

um....what do you mean? If you eat it, log it. If it's meal time, log it under the meal. If it's not meal time, log it under snacks. I don't really understand the question...0

You take your food, weigh it, enter it in the app, and it will tell you how many calories it is.0
