calorie counting - stuck!!

stupid question,

ive never really calorie counted, but because i am doing the 52 diet i have to count 500 calories on 2 days of the week.

how do i count my calories per serving, per meal? im soo confused :(

    um....what do you mean? If you eat it, log it. If it's meal time, log it under the meal. If it's not meal time, log it under snacks. I don't really understand the question...

    You take your food, weigh it, enter it in the app, and it will tell you how many calories it is.
