First day with MFP + Garmin Vivosmart

Hi everyone I just bought a Garmin vivosmart today and created an account at My Fitness Pal to help with the food log and nutrition tips.

For you people that use this app for a while already, how is the experience? Can I actually learn more about health eating habits? Do you also own a fitness tracker?

    Welcome! I use a Microsoft Band, not fitbit, but for me it has really help me understand how my body burns calories. MFP has been great to help me understand what my food intake is like. My old eating habits had me eating about 2500 calories a day. I had no idea that was the case though. No I know what a healthy portion of ost food looks like.

    Hi there lonerockz, thanks for the feedback. I'll give it a try in the next month's, let's see. Somehow the continuous exercise of logging in your food doesn't seem to be so tiresome as I thought.
