Hectic lifestyle-need motivation!

Hi all! It's my first official day here! To be honest, I have been registered for a while, I just feel like starting today, I will be committed!

Let me tell you about about myself and my lifestyle! I am in my 20s and I am constantly on the move. I just came back from South America and in a month, I will be moving to Eastern Europe to work for a bit before hitchhiking through Asia. When I am "home", I am running around a lot, from sports to going out at night. Due to all of this movement, I am constantly exhausted. Because of this exhaustion I consume about 3,000 calories a day. I have now grown to 140 lbs, at 5'7. I would love to lose about 10 lbs this month (before going to Eastern Europe where there is immense pressure to stay fit).

So, would anyone like to be my motivation buddy? We can keep each other accountable! I am more motivating than motivated (I swear, nobody would EVERRRR guess how exhausted I am!) and would love someone to check in with/on.
