want to pay a gym I have a treadmill at home does anyone know any exercise that helps you burn a lot of calories ??

    do some workout videos. things like insanity burn major calories. i wouldn't call them beginners workouts though

    Keep in mind that weight loss is created in the kitchen and fitness is created in the gym. Yes, you can help to create a larger calorie deficit with exercise but exercise alone won't be enough to lose weight. You need to ensure that you're eating less calories than your body burns all day.

    The exercises that burn the most calories are the ones that use your whole body. If you have a treadmill, running is a great calorie burning exercise. If you aren't ready to get on there and run for an hour straight :lol: try a couch to 5K program (C25K) to get yourself started.

    Jack the incline all the way up. Not sure how far your treadmill goes, but the ones at the gym go up to 15. You can burn twice the calories per hour versus walking with no incline. I do this 5xs/week!

    I agree that weight loss is in the kitchen, but I burn about 13 to 14 calories a minute running sprint intervals.

    If you want to lose weight, focus on your calorie deficit. Exercise for fitness and cardiovascular health.
