Prego with a plan!

I am 6 months pregnant , and looking to shapen up my eating habits (now that I can actually keep food down) and to get healthy for my new little babe!

Doctor just gave me the okay to start a light work out routine and told me to only add an extra 200 calories a day. He said losing weight won't harm anything, but neither will gaining a healthy amount. I am already over weight.

I figure, if doing it for my baby isn't going to get me to change I don't know what will! Getting healthy that is.

So anyway, I'm new here and love that I can track exactly what I'm eating and keep track of what is being put into my body.
