Hello
I started the 21 day fix plan (a friend gave me her started kit) the plan says I should be between 1800-2000 calories a day. Heavy on the protein and veggies. But when I go onto MFP the daily goal indicates I should be at 1440 calories a day. I will be doing zumba 4 times a weeks for 60 mins each time and I will also be doing 30 min work outs at home 6 days a week (videos from 21 day fix) and swimming at least 4 times a week. I just need help getting the calories down. Thanks

The MFP daily goal is partly based on how many lbs per week you say you want to lose. So you can say fewer pounds, to get more calories to eat.

MFP also intends for you to log exercise after, and then eat those calories that you "earned"... whereas your plan may assume you're doing exercise and have already worked that in up front. With all that exercise, you might be eating close to 1800 after you log it anyway. You could try pre-logging exercise to see.

Or you can just set a custom goal if you like, to something between 1800 and 2000. If you do this, don't eat back exercise calories.

Skip some of the snacks and/or go smaller on the portions for the meals.

you are doing a whole lot of exercise you have to extremely careful with your deficit. Calculate your TDEE and then subtract 500 calories it should give you a starting point. If you don't lose weight lower calories by another 200-300.
