to get back in shape and try to win over my friend i have decided to take those "30 squat challenge" and "30 day abs challenge" put 6 different ones together most targeting different parts of the body, and if that's not enough for you I'm doubling my days. So instead of day 1, day 2, ect its day1/2, day 3/4, ect. Since I have no home gym or gym membership once things start to get easy I'm going to wear a weighed down back pack

Hoping it will show some great results!

Goodluck is all I have to say. I have a 3 of those on my phone and I find them challenging enough without doubling up. I started earlier this month and today was:
    16 push-ups (30 Day Push Up Workout - Beginner Lvl 1)
95 sit ups, 140 crunches, 55 leg raises, 85 sec plank (30 Day Ab Workout - Beginner Lvl 1)
80 Squats (30 Day Squat Workout - Beginner Lvl 1)

    tomorrow is:
    17 push-ups
100 sit ups, 150 crunches, 58 leg raises, 90 sec plank
    40 Squats

I can't imagine doing both the same day. That would be too much for me. However I also do weights 3 days a week. Today for example I did 10 @ 45 lbs, 10 @ 65 lbs, 5 sets of 5 @ 100 lbs squats and then did the 80 bodyweight squats when I got home.

I maybe an easy one pic of the six so I can keep track of it. It gave me a good sweat felt great but my legs were done after it. It sounds like you are moving up nicely though.

I went to the gym for a while till I realized pf sucked so sadly I can only lift homemade weights.always been pretty athletic. No more 5x5 150 squats :/
