Maybe some of you have tried this, but I thought I'd mention it. I wanted a hard boiled egg today, and on a whim I decided to cut it up with a fork and put some mustard and a few bread and butter pickles on it. It was really yummy. I had it with a side of cottage cheese. Lots of protein and filling for less than 200 calories. Just throwing that out there as a snack idea for anyone interested :).

I do this but with dill pickles. I always thought of it as being like a deviled egg without the mayo or the trouble of blending the yokes.

Sounds good. I make eggs mixed with hummus and spicy relish.

I do something similar but with Tuna. Use spicy mustard and pickles.
