Are you using a food scale to weigh your foods? What's your stats? How long have you been at it?

Honestly I have been struggling since my first was born 12 years ago. I have a scale. 5'2",196. Been back dieting since January right after I had my daughter. Just trying to get enough calories in to nurse. I get frustrated with it when I feel like I did good and I walk all day and nothing to show.

I'm also 5'2 and have a 4 month old baby. I weigh less than you (152.4 lbs) and am slowly losing on 2000 calories. I've lost all of my pregnancy weight (17 weeks post-partum, 24.6 lbs total).

It's definitely important to eat enough calories to maintain your supply. You should have a slight deficit, since the focus is mainly on baby for now. Once you wean, then you have more wiggle room.

LLL recommends a minimum of 1800 calories for breastfeeding mothers, so make sure you're getting at least that, or your supply may suffer.

Invest in a food scale and weigh your food, log consistently and accurately and it will happen. Good luck.

Exercise, I swear it's been the best thing. I'm exclusively bfing my 6 month old, I'm not on a diet but working out has given me so much energy and even though I'm not losing weight or looking to do so my body looks better.

I have been trying to find exercises I can sneak in when I can. Besides walking around my neighborhood a couple hours a day its been hard. I do that with the kids and that is even a pain. Any exercise suggestions

If you have stairs, going up and down them constantly burns a good amount of calories. I also like blogilates on YouTube. Most people here will suggest a lifting program....I'm sure there are plenty of good ones online, I just haven't tried them yet.
