Need some lunch ideas

Can Anyone share some lunch ideas. Getting bored of the same thing all week!
Ground turkey, Quinoa & some sort of vegetable

    • Lettuce wraps - romaine/butter/iceburg lettuce with meat and veggie filling (sautéed or raw veg).
    • Taco or burrito - tortilla with variety of ingredients. Egg and veggie. Meat and veggies with salsa.
    • Homemade vegetable soup. (Make a lot and freeze portion sizes.)
    • and of course, the BIG salad with lots of low-carb veggies and a little dressing. Add some cottage cheese, meat or chickpeas/beans for protein.

    1. Hummus on whole grain bread or wrap. Add whatever veggies and a protein source if you want.

    2. Soup (watch the sodium levels on the pre-packaged ones) with triscuits

    3. Whatever is leftover from last night's dinner...usually veggies and chicken breast or fish in some form. Maybe Asian stirfry, maybe roasted, maybe mixed with mustard sauce or Greek dressing.

    4. Cucumber, tomato & feta with balsamic. A giant bowl of it.

    My lunch this week was a cup of mixed greens, 3 oz of shrimp, 60 grams black beans, 50 grams tomato, 25 grams of avocado, with a laughing cow cheese and cholula chipotle sauce as "dressing". Along with a fage greek 0% yogurt mixed with PB2 or honey.
