I have used this app off and on for a few years. I am needing to lose at least 30 lbs. I am on week 3 trying to stay motivated. I am a heart nurse, so I have to be healthy and set a good example!

Well, I'm a heart patient! CABG at age 35, CHF at age 47, and an ICD. But in the last 4 years I've lost over 100 pounds, and am now a runner. Would be honored to be on your support team! I'm sending a friend request.

Is there a group for CHF? I have been told I have it- but I'm still in denial... Could use a support group if there is one!
