Hello! A couple of years ago I used this site to help lose 60 lbs. it took 10 months. Then it was the holidays, I made some fudge, ate some, and couldn't quite eating sugar. Horribly weak, I know. I did gain back 40 lbs. however, I'm back in a good mindset & have already got 11lbs off. The good news? I didn't make fudge last year! ;D

Great for you! Keep it up! you can always replace some sweet recipes with dark chocolate or peanut butter or try almond butter.. it's delicious
that way you're not quitting cold turkey exactly, baby steps make a huge difference
I find so many recipes on pinterest
