Hi, I'm a bit older and was introduced to this site by a friend. I'm short and overweight. I'm trying to loose thirty more pounds and I'm stuck.
When I'm not posting I'm keeping track of the daily calories and exercises. At the end of the day I confirm, sometimes it says, you are not eating enough. I eat what I can, I measure and weigh the food.
I'm obviously doing something incorrect. Any suggestions.
